After a successful collaboration with HPN Global at their 2024 Partner Conference in Houston, Your Brand Voice returned as the digital content partner for HPN25, hosted at the legendary Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

This flagship hospitality event brought together over 600 hospitality professionals, partners, and sponsors for four days of networking, learning, and celebration. Our goal was to elevate the content strategy by capturing not just the event, but the full experience and creating content that would continue to engage audiences well beyond the ballroom.

For the 2025 conference, we took our content strategy to the next level by focusing not just on capturing the event, but on showcasing the full experience of the conference from the inside out. To help bring that vision to life, Your Brand Voice partnered with DLR.Studio, to elevate the production quality and expand our creative capabilities.

Together, we produced a dynamic mix of real-time social content, cinematic interviews, and behind-the-scenes storytelling that captured both the heart and the energy of the conference.

This or That

A fun, quick-hitting format where attendees chose between two options on the spot. These light-hearted videos captured personality and spontaneity, making them perfect for high engagement across Instagram Reels and LinkedIn.

Sales Hot Takes

Candid, in-the-moment insights from attendees and partners gave this series a real human edge. The unscripted nature of each take sparked strong engagement and encouraged conversation across social platforms.

Sell Your Destination in 10 Seconds

This challenge-style series gave destination reps and hotel partners a fun opportunity to pitch their location fast. It combined creative pressure with personality, making it ideal for reels and story-based platforms.

Final Recap

To wrap the conference, we produced a high-energy highlight video that brings together the best moments of HPN25. From the opening reception at Omnia Nightclub to the dodgeball tournament at Allegiant Stadium, this video was used across social platforms to sustain momentum after the event and drive visibility for both HPN Global and its key sponsors.

Pre-Event: Driving Awareness and Registration

In the weeks leading up to HPN25, we ran targeted Engagement and Website Visit campaigns to build anticipation and drive registration traffic to the event site. These efforts produced nearly 4,000 total actions, generating over 245,000 impressions and a 1.3%+ average CTR, ensuring our message reached key hospitality professionals and decision-makers.

During the Event: Real-Time Amplification

While on-site at Caesars Palace, we boosted select pieces of organic content in real time, including our “This or That” and “Sell Your Destination in 10 Seconds” reels. These campaigns delivered over 211,000 paid views during show days, helping our content dominate attendee feeds and extend reach beyond those in Las Vegas. The real-time amplification allowed HPN Global, partners, and sponsors to stay visible across LinkedIn as conversations unfolded.

Post-Event: Extending Momentum

To keep engagement high after the event, we continued our paid campaigns for another 30 days, featuring the 2-minute event recap video as the cornerstone of this phase. This push generated an additional 150,000+ views and 168,000 impressions, keeping the HPN25 brand experience alive long after attendees left the ballroom.
Across all phases, our LinkedIn paid strategy delivered over 456,000 total impressions, 4,119 clicks, and 175,000+ video views with a combined spend of $3,327—amplifying both the reach and longevity of HPN25’s digital impact.
