Your Brand Voice partnered with HPN Global to provide comprehensive conference videography services for their 2024 Partner Conference at the Marriott Marquis in Houston. This annual event gathers over 650 hospitality industry leaders, partners, and sponsors to foster relationships, share insights, and network. YBV’s role was to capture and distribute dynamic digital content across multiple platforms, maximizing the event’s reach and engagement.

The HPN Global 2024 Partner Conference featured productive business meetings and networking receptions sponsored by major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Loews, and Omni. Unique activities, such as a NASA visit and the first-ever Dodgeball tournament, provided engaging content, helping to capture the energy and collaborative atmosphere of the event. These videos also helped promote future events, including HPN Global’s 2025 Partner Conference at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

To enrich the video content, we employed two distinct interview styles. Formal sit-down interviews with attendees offered deep insights into the conference’s significance in the hospitality industry. These polished, professional interviews conveyed key messages about HPN Global and its partners.

The second interview style we did was “run-n-gun”, which were quick, informal conversations with attendees. These interviews showcased the fun, energetic side of the event, providing authentic, real-time feedback. This blend of interview styles helped create a balanced narrative that resonated with a broad audience.
