As a certified GoHighLevel partner, we run most of our day-to-day client automation in GoHighLevel. We’ll get your account working the way it should, from the first sub-account to the last workflow, and make sure your texts actually get delivered.

The checklist below is a sample of what onboarding usually covers. Your roadmap will change based on your business, your goals, and what you’re moving over from.

You have two options. We can give you your own white-label GoHighLevel account that we set up and manage with you, or we can build inside a GoHighLevel account you already have. Either way, the setup, training, and support are the same.

1. Intro call. We learn how leads come in, who follows up, and what’s not working.
2. Roadmap. We map your pipelines, automations, and what’s moving over from your current tools.
3. Build. We set up the account, phone and email, migrate data, and build your funnels, calendars, and workflows.
4. Test. We run every form, text, and booking end to end before anything goes live.
5. Train, launch, and support. Your team learns the system and you go live, usually within 2–4 weeks. After launch we stay on 100% to support, adjust, and optimize.

GoHighLevel Onboarding FAQ

Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?

No, but you can bring one. If you don’t have an account, we provide your own white-label GoHighLevel account and set it up for you. If you already have one, we build inside it, so your data stays where it is. You get the same onboarding either way.

How long does onboarding take, and what happens after launch?

Most accounts are live in 2–4 weeks, depending on how much we’re migrating and building. After go-live we don’t disappear: we stay on to support your team, adjust workflows, and optimize as your business grows.

What is A2P 10DLC, and why does it matter?

It’s the carrier registration required to send business texts from a regular 10-digit U.S. number. You register your business (the brand) and how you’ll text people (the campaign). Without it, texts get blocked or filtered. We prepare and submit it with you, but carriers make the final approval.

Can you move my contacts over from another CRM?

Yes. We clean up and import contacts, tags, and open opportunities from your old CRM or spreadsheets, and map them to your new fields and pipelines.

Does GoHighLevel replace my website?

It can host funnels, landing pages, and full sites. Many clients keep their main website and use GoHighLevel for forms, funnels, chat, and booking connected to it.

Can GoHighLevel use AI to answer leads?

Yes. Conversation AI can answer common questions and book appointments over text and chat. We set clear rules and hand-off points so your team stays in control.

Will my team know how to use it?

Training is part of every onboarding. We walk your team through the inbox, pipelines, calendars, and mobile app, and leave simple guides behind.
